Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and wish4d ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the wish4d website located at https://wish4d.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

1. Definitions

• Withdrawal: Transfer of funds from a Player's wish4d Account to their designated payment method.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use wish4d Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our Services.
3. You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or database, including wish4d's internal self-exclusion registry.
5. You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from wish4d for violation of these Terms.
6. You must register in your own name using accurate, complete, and truthful information.
7. You must maintain only one active Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

wish4d reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of address, payment method verification, or other supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested verification within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete our online registration form providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (IDR). All information must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify wish4d of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Log out from your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized or not. wish4d is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wish4d is required to verify your identity to comply with Indonesian regulations and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and payment method verification (bank statement showing your name and account number).

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. Documents submitted must be clear, legible, and valid. wish4d will handle all personal documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

wish4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though some payment methods may require up to 15 minutes for confirmation. wish4d does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by wish4d. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000, with maximum daily withdrawal limits varying by player tier (Bronze: Rp 20,000,000; Silver: Rp 50,000,000; Gold: Rp 100,000,000).

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday requests may take up to 6 hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification, extending processing time to 24-48 hours.

You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once (anti-money-laundering requirement). Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. wish4d reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or bonus abuse.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

wish4d offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including:

• Eligibility: Some bonuses are restricted to new players, specific games, or certain player tiers.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically require wagering between 10x and 40x the bonus amount before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per spin/hand). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and free spins typically expire 7-30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.

wish4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on wish4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer outcomes to ensure fairness. Published RTP percentages are theoretical returns calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results. Game outcomes are final once confirmed and displayed on screen. Technical errors, malfunctions, or display issues void affected bets, and stakes are returned.

Sports betting markets are settled according to official results declared by governing sports bodies. wish4d reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started (late bets), bets placed on events with obvious incorrect odds (palpable errors), or bets suspected of being placed with inside information.

For togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery), results are determined by official draw outcomes from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, or other recognized lottery operators. wish4d acts solely as a facilitator and does not control draw results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Using stolen payment methods or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack wish4d software or systems.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward wish4d staff or other players.
• Exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your true location.

8. Limitations of Liability

wish4d provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or immunity from viruses or malicious code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wish4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement.

wish4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim.

wish4d is not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or actions of government authorities. We are not liable for disputes between players or between players and third parties.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. Unclaimed balances after 30 days may be forfeited.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by wish4d

wish4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account with or without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Services. Upon termination, you forfeit all pending bonuses and may forfeit your balance if termination results from serious violations such as fraud or multiple account abuse.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. wish4d may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with balances exceeding Rp 100,000. You will be notified via email before fees are applied. To avoid fees, log in to your Account at least once per year.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of wish4d Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and wish4d for a period of 30 days.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures. The arbitration award is final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

wish4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must close your Account before the effective date.
